ATTACMENT C- General Committee Functions to OPLAN JC DISNEYWORLD 2024

1. This plan guides the preparation and actions of all SEC committees and their tasking;

a. Oversee and provide appropriate guidance to their respective committees and the over-all
conduct of OPLAN JC DISNEYWORLD 2024;
b. Consider any amendments to their respective PLANS during process or and implementation;
c. Identify and mend possible issues during planning, implementation and after the conduct of
their respective events;
d. Reviewing reports and other updates and challenges met by their respective committees along
the way;
e. Together with members of other committees, facilitate the conduct of fiscal transparency and
audit and for the follow up and monitoring of the implementation of audit finding remedial
actions after the events.
