1. SITUATION
General:
The OPLAN JC DISNEYWORLD 2024 serves as the foundational plan for the PMA SOUTH
EAST “Hurricanes” CHAPTER (SEC). Its purpose is to ensure the seamless execution of the PMA
‘Jurado Cup International 2024’ to be held in Orlando, Florida, USA. This plan provides a roadmap for SEC’s preparation and activities, guided by its present capacity and capabilities-in-being.
2. MISSION
The PMA South East Chapter (SEC) will conduct PMA Jurado Cup International 2024 on NOVEMBER 8, 9, 10, 2024 in ORLANDO, FLORIDA, USA. This event aims to foster esprit de
corps and camaraderie among former PMA cadets while advancing PMA’s timeless traditions and functions through Sports and social engagements. This effort aligns with the overarching mission of all PMA International Chapters.
3. EXECUTION
A. INTENT
This undertaking is focused on promoting camaraderie and esprit de corps among former PMA cadets, family members, and friends from North America and around the globe. The following key tasks will be pursued:
1) Development of a comprehensive written plan with detailed annexes per committee.
2) Establishment of interactive public inquiry stations (JC WEBSITE & other means) for
participants.
3) Fundraising through Sponsorships and other avenues, targeting Twenty thousand Dollars
($20,000) to facilitate the event’s success. Upon completion, participants can anticipate:
a) A memorable and enriching experience with minimal expenses.
b) Sustained camaraderie and rapport among PMA INTERNATIONAL Chapters.
c) Identification of the next Jurado Cup 2026 Host, who will be honored with the PERPETUAL
TORCH.
d) Subsidized expenses for attendees participating in the SPONSORSHIP efforts of the Ways
and Means Committee (incentives, perks and discounts on Event Fees).
B. CONCEPT OF SUPPORT
Guided by previous Jurado Cups, SEC’s support structure will involve:
1) Formulating fundraising activities, to be led by the Ways and Means Committee and the
Finance Committees, to secure essential funds.
2) Collaborating with the different Charities and Foundations to synergize fundraising efforts for
Jurado Cup 2024.
3) Coordination between Ways and Means Committee and IT Committee on matters concerning
sponsorships and fund raising activities.
C. CONCEPT OF ACTIVITY
The endeavor will be conducted in four (4) phases:
1) Phase 1: Prepare
Initiated upon this order’s publication, it concludes upon finalization and submission of estimates (attachments). The Host & Oversight Committee provides strategic guidance, incorporating inputs from PMA International Chapters. The JC24 ORGANIZING COMMITTEE will be established to coordinate and integrate all committees. Essential determinations under this phase include committees, events, tasks, finances, legalities, and more.
2) Phase 2: Converge and Deter
Commencing with finalized estimates and concluding post-rehearsals, the focus shifts to committee integration and addressing potential gaps. Cadets-In-Charge (CICs) lead committees, reporting updates to the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE. HOST & OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE assists in gap identification and solutions to preempt issues.
3) Phase 3: Carry-out
Beginning post-rehearsals and culminating in JC 2024, this phase sees the committees’ efforts,
supervised by the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE. Seamless synchronization and prompt solutions are critical. In this phase, the PMA Jurado Cup International 2026 Host is decided through Advisory Council votes.
4) Phase 4: Assess and Evaluate
Commencing post-JC 2024 and concluding upon report submission to the next Host, HOST &
OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE reviews event execution and members feedback. Legacy enshrinement, sustained camaraderie, and future JC improvements are key outcomes.
4. ADMINISTRATION/ LOGISTICS & SERVICE SUPPORT
A. STAFF SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION:
1) Chairman, Host & Oversight Committee:
Overall guidance, coordination of SEC assets, and giving the ORGANIZING
COMMITTEE direction.
2) Vice-Chairman, H&O Comm:
Supporting the Chairman, asset integration, situation assessment.
3) CiC, Organizing Committee:
Overall control, committee gap filling, synchronization with international chapters.
4) ACiC, Organizing Committee:
Supporting the CiC Org Comm, integration of logistics planning.
5) Executive Secretary, JC ’24:
ORGANIZING COMMITTEE establishment, data recording, and post- activity
documentation.

C. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Online Meetings to be announced by Executive Secretary through Chat Groups.
2) Face-to-Face Meetings coordination six (6) months before D-Day.
3) Emergency meetings coordinated by Organizing Committee via Executive Secretary if
needed.
5. COMMAND AND COMMUNICATION
A. COMMAND:
1) Approving Authority for Activities: PMA South East ‘Hurricanes’ Chapter (SEC) Board and
Directorate.
2) PMA SEC HQ located at ORLANDO, FLORIDA USA
B. COMMUNICATION:
Secure platforms determined by Info Tech Committee.
